Machinery used:

I. Automated production performed on FFS machines (Form, Fill, Seal):

• FFS is fully automatic machine to produce, fill and close PP based flexible bags.
• Single chamber bags from 50 – 5 000ml
• Double chamber bags (various formats)
• Triple chamber bags (various formats)
• Production capacity ranges up to 4 000 units per hour.
• Other attributes:
  – Possible two various colour hot stamping label
  – Filling with controlled headspace possibly filled with nitrogen.

II. Filling capabilities:

• Numerous automatic and semi-automatic filling modules capable of filling single and double chamber bags
• Filling with controlled headspace possibly filled with nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
